1. Scope and statutory rights

This policy explains our voluntary refund process for purchases made directly from EasyMusic. It does not limit any refund, repair, replacement, cancellation, chargeback, or other remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the laws that apply to you.

2. Subscription cancellation

You may cancel automatic renewal at any time through the available account or billing portal, or by contacting support. Cancellation prevents the next renewal and normally leaves paid access available until the end of the current billing period. Cancelling renewal does not automatically refund a charge already made.

3. Voluntary refund eligibility

We will normally consider a refund when:

  • the request is submitted within 7 days of the initial purchase or renewal;
  • no paid-plan credits from that purchase have been used;
  • the same transaction was charged more than once;
  • a confirmed technical error prevented delivery of the purchased plan; or
  • applicable law requires a refund or other remedy.

Use of paid credits will normally make a purchase ineligible for our voluntary refund because computing resources are consumed when a generation starts. This does not override mandatory rights for faulty, misdescribed, or improperly supplied digital content or services.

4. Cooling-off and withdrawal rights

Consumers in the United Kingdom, European Economic Area, and certain other jurisdictions may have a statutory cooling-off or withdrawal right. The availability and loss of that right depend on local law and whether you expressly requested immediate supply and acknowledged the consequences. Immediate access alone does not waive a statutory right where the legally required consent or acknowledgement was not obtained.

5. Refund amount and payment method

An approved refund is returned to the original payment method in the original transaction currency. We do not deduct an arbitrary platform, administration, or dispute fee from an approved consumer refund. Your bank or payment provider may apply currency-conversion or other charges outside our control.

6. Processing

Send your account email, order or invoice number, purchase date, and a short explanation to support@easymusic.ai. We may request reasonable information needed to verify the account and transaction. If approved, we will submit the refund promptly; the time for it to appear depends on the payment provider and issuing bank.

7. Effect of a refund

Credits and paid access associated with a refunded purchase may be removed. A refund does not retroactively grant rights to use outputs in a way that the refunded plan did not permit. Rights already granted by mandatory law are unaffected.

8. Payment disputes

Contacting us first is often the fastest way to correct an unrecognised, duplicate, or incorrect charge, but you remain free to use a lawful dispute or chargeback process. We do not impose a separate penalty merely because you exercise that right. We may restrict activity reasonably necessary to prevent duplicate reimbursement, fraud, or further unauthorised charges while a dispute is investigated.

9. Other payment sellers

If checkout or your receipt identifies another provider as the merchant of record, that provider's buyer terms and refund process apply to the payment transaction. We remain available for product support, and no arrangement with a payment provider limits a non-waivable consumer right.
