1. General Refund Terms
At EasyMusic, we strive to provide the best possible service to our customers. We understand that sometimes you may need to request a refund, and we have established the following policy to handle such requests fairly and transparently.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
- The request is made within one week (7 days) of starting your subscription
- No credits from the paid plan have been used
3. Refund Process
If you meet the eligibility criteria, the following applies:
- A 10% payment platform fee will be deducted from the refund amount
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method
- Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Any credits from the paid plan have been used, as we allocate dedicated large model computing resources which cannot be revoked
- The request is made after the 7-day period has elapsed
- The account has violated our Terms of Service
5. Special Circumstances
If you have sufficient reasons that fall outside our standard refund policy, you can contact our customer service department for review. Each case will be evaluated individually, and we reserve the right to make exceptions at our discretion.
